All bidders will be subject to sales tax applicable to the auction location unless you provide our office with the documentation we require for exemption (out-of-state buyers and out-of-country buyers must pay sales tax on all items including titled items), unless stated differently in the auction terms.

**LIABILITY INSURANCE REQUIREMENT: Winning bidder (or contracted third party removal) required to present copy of current certificate of blanket liability insurance for a minimum of $1,000,000 covering & assuming all liability for all personnel during removal and/or presence on or near the store location .
