| Removal Times |

Purchaser is responsible for all shipping and packaging of items purchased.
- Racking will be taken down over a six week period, buyer will be notified when racking is ready to be removed.
- Pallet Racking will be taken down, put on a skid, banded and loaded for you. This process will take approximately 6 weeks until all the racking is down.
- • Once the lot of racking is down and ready for pickup buyer will be notified at which time they will need to pay for their lot (s) and schedule a FLATBED TRAILER ONLY for pickup.
- • Buyer will have 4 days from date of notification to schedule and pick up the lot (s) or will forfeit their items.
- • Seller will not be responsible for how skids are banded or loaded on to the truck. If buyer wants things loaded a certain way they must provide someone to oversee the process

| Sales Tax |
All bidders will be subject to sales tax applicable to the auction location unless you provide our office with the documentation we require for exemption (out-of-state buyers and out-of-country buyers must pay sales tax on all items including titled items), unless stated differently in the auction terms.
All items sold "AS IS WHERE IS" with all faults. |
