BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOADING, PACKAGING AND SHIPPING OF ALL ITEMS PURCHASED. BUYER MUST GRIND OFF ANY AND ALL BOLTS ATTACHING THE SPECIFIC LOT TO THE FLOOR. BUYER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO MAKE SURE ENTIRE LOT HAS BEEN REMOVED. IF BUYER DOES NOT WANT A SPECIFIC ITEM IN THE LOT THEY WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PUTTING IT IN THE DUMPSTER.
