- Buyer is responsible for DISASSEMBLY, LOADING, PACKAGING & SHIPPING of items purchased.
- ***A 3,000LB AND 1,500LB CAP FORK TRUCK WILL BE ON SITE TO ASSIST BUYERS WITH REMOVAL.***
- Auction staff will not have tools available for disassembly. Please bring any necessary tools with you at time of pickup.
- Orbitbid.com does not package or ship items. Once items leave our premises, we are no longer responsible. Be sure to insure your shipment with the carrier.

All bidders will be subject to sales tax applicable to the auction location unless you provide our office with the documentation we require for exemption (out-of-state buyers and out-of-country buyers must pay sales tax on all items including titled items), unless stated differently in the auction terms.

***A 3,000 LB AND 1,500 LB CAP FORK TRUCK WILL BE ON SITE TO ASSIST BUYERS WITH REMOVAL UNTIL NOON ON FRIDAY*** -please note: fork trucks are for all buyers to use and are on a first come first serve basis, it is advised that buyers bring their own removal equipment to speed up removal.
